Structures and Futures: Polish Panel Study POLPAN 1988-2023
This project focuses on the dynamic link between social structure – resources and experiences – anticipated threats and opportunities, using panel data. Specifically, we extend the Polish Panel Survey, POLPAN 1988-2018 with a new wave in 2023, to introduce a framework in research on social structures focusing on perceived changes and expected trends.
‘Paltry Pensions’ in the Context of the Sense of Social Justice and the Goals of Pension Policy. A Multidimensional Sociological Analysis
The principal objective of the project is to investigate the problem of the so-called ‘paltry pensions’ (emerytury groszowe), i.e. pensions paid by the (Polish) Social Security Institution and lower than the minimum pension, from the perspective of the sense of social justice and the goals of pension policy.
Conservative mobilizations: Intellectuals, Social Movements, and the State
This bilateral project financed by PAN and CNRS (International Emerging Actions framework) creates a space for scientific dialogue and academic exchange to develop new knowledge about the rise and development of conservative ideas and movements in Europe and beyond, with special focus on Poland and France.

Public Interest in Online Surveillance
This research aims to explore (using Google search data) how political, economic, and social factors affect public interest in surveillance topics across 26 EU countries. It will test if wealthier, more democratic countries show greater interest in surveillance, with political and economic variables potentially influencing this interest.
